How to Take Homeopathic Medicines
Do NOT touch the pills by hand.
In case of an empty stomach dose: Brush your teeth and tongue gently without toothpaste, then take the pills directly on the tongue.
For other doses: Do NOT eat or drink anything except plain water for at least half an hour before and half an hour after taking the medicine.
Do NOT eat raw onions, raw garlic, cloves, on the day of taking homeopathic medicine.
Do NOT apply any balm (for e.g., VapoRub) , perfume, deodorant, or pain-relieving gel on the day of taking medicine.
Other things to keep in mind:
Store the medicine away from strong-scented things like camphor, mothballs, incense, perfumes, and spices.
Children love these sweet pills - make sure that it is out of their reach!
Let your physician know about any medicines you are already taking, whether Allopathic, Homeopathic, or Ayurvedic. (For e.g., medicines for diabetes, BP, laxatives, pain killers, antibiotics, etc.). Your treatment may vary depending on this.
